Superior Charters is a popular vacation destination situated two miles south of Bayfield at Port Superior Marina. We are the launching point for sailing trips in the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior. During the season, we send our guests on trips into the Islands on our fleet of 30 sailboats. Each year our boats log over 1,000 days on the water across the fleet. This schedule means that we need motivated and energized staff to keep everything going smoothly.

Currently accepting applications for the following seasonal positions
for the 2024 Season:
USCG Licensed Captains with Sailing Endorsement
Interior Detailers (Filled)
Exterior Detailers (Filled)
- Experience around boats and line handling is a plus but is not required.
- Hours: Vary 20 – 40/week
- Pay: Based on experience
- Seasonal employment: May – October
